Transit has released a full band version of “Skipping Stone” (originally an acoustic track on ‘Listen & Forgive’)
If in ten years you’ll ask me what was my soundtrack for the summer of 2013 I can pretty much guarantee it will be this record.
Did anyone elso go yesterday? thoughts? Transit was nice, I didn’t like the cd that much but they played pretty good yesterday, Balance and composure dissapointed me a little bit… the vocals went a bit off key now and then, and it was a lot rougher than on cd…I’ll give them another chance next time … Continue reading Reply To: 2011-11-29 Title Fight, Balance and Composure, Transit @ Dynamo, EHV
Transit doesn’t do it for me, but they played a really tight set and had the best ‘sound’. Balance & Composure was a real let down for me, or they were too stoned, or didn’t want to play, or it jusn’t wasn’t that good. I’m giving them a second chance at Antwerp next week. Title … Continue reading Reply To: 2011-11-29 Title Fight, Balance and Composure, Transit @ Dynamo, EHV

I did see … Continue reading Reply To: 2011-11-29 Title Fight, Balance and Composure, Transit @ Dynamo, EHV
Not every new post-metal band influenced by the best bands in the genre will give the right goose bumps.
Alright, this is tonight!
I totally forgot about this until yesterday and I couldn’t make it. Hopefully I can catch Title Fight live next time.
Just walked in as Title Fight played their first tunes, could barely make it in time. Great show, great atmosphere, especially for a tuesday! Siked to see them again next week in Antwerp.
Does any1 know where I can find pics/vids of this show? It was fucking amazing!
Or does any1 happens to know the 2 photographers that were there? 🙂
Nice!
Could you point me to a song where Balance And Composure sounds like a diet Nirvana? 🙂
All of them as far I heard. Listen to the singers voice, bit nasal and whining sung. I am not an expert on Balance and Composure, so hopefully someone can point you in the right direction.
haha, maybe someone should point you in the right direction 😉 No, I get that his voice sounded a bit like kurt cobain live, but the music didn’t… and on cd it’s a lot cleaner than it was this tuesday…
Okay show me the right direction, my view is based on this show and I never heard any studio recordings. So my perception is different than yours, first thing that came to mind was Nirvana but a diet version, a song later it started to sound more like mid nineties Jawbreaker. With what would you … Continue reading Reply To: 2011-11-29 Title Fight, Balance and Composure, Transit @ Dynamo, EHV
