Please don’t jump on Derek from Defeater

Going to catch Defeater on their upcoming tour? Preparing to go nuts? Great, but keep away from singer Derek.

The band published the following statement:

European friends, Derek has necrosis of the hip which means that sucker could break anytime. 

Good news is that we are still doing the tour and Derek is going to be getting a new Robo-hip once we get home.

Bad news is that we really can’t have ANYONE bumping into him on this next tour. So please feel free to jump on each other’s heads and scream your brains out, but Derek is Kryptonite and you are all collectively Superman.

Let’s have a ton of fun but no touchy Derek please!
