Stick Together – Stick Together
It is weird to write it but here’s the self-titled debut LP from Stick Together. After two excellent EP’s, the group delivered twelve songs for their twenty minute album Stick Together.
‘The Take Back’ starts out somewhat faster than we are used to from these hardcore guys but it serves as an excellent opener to get your attention. The two songs that follow it are mid-tempo songs reminiscent of ‘Surviving the Times’.
But the balance between these two variants works well and the record never gets dull. If you’re into straight edge youth crew that is. Production wise, Stick Togethers sounds great. Crisp guitars (there’s even a short solo included), vocals not too much at the forefront and a subtle rhythm section: Triple B did great work. I cannot comment on how the vinyl sounds though, but the artwork looks great too.
